All our patient records are digital. If we receive anything on paper it is scanned into our secure database and the paper is then recycled.

To ensure we are thorough in our initial examination, our comprehensive oral examinations for new patients take 40 minutes. This allows our dentists adequate time to collate information about your dental health history, as well as performing a thorough examination of your mouth, teeth, gums, neck and jaw.

Following your comprehensive oral examination, you will be referred to our Oral Health Therapist (OHT) who will perform a thorough examination of your gum health and complete your clean. This may be completed in one or multiple visits depending on your current gum health assessment. An Oral Health Therapist can provide comprehensive care to ensure your oral health is well maintained.
