It is the third time I do a visit with Dr. Karuna and I am so sad about having to write a bad review. The first time I came it was a 10/10, she was the most professional, caring and nicer dentist ever. She fixed my problem and I left so happy with how she treated me. The second time I had to go, the service was regular. But well, I just thought, maybe she is not in her best mood today. The third time, today. What an awful experience. She has been so unprofessional, at some point ever rude without listening what I was trying to express. It is like she didnt wanted to serve me. In the checkout

I've regularly visited this practice for the last one to two years and have had nothing but good experiences. Staff are absolutely lovely and personable. I especially appreciate the goody bag after each visit!
