We are Ashgrove's Dentists! Dr Lou Waldie, Dr Sophia Frankcombe, Dr Beth Keir and Dr Kat Briggs all have a special connection to Ashgrove. Dr Lou grew up in Ashgrove and attended local schools. Dr Sophia and Dr Beth have worked in the Ashgrove area for a few years and are now Ashgrove locals. We love the community feel in Ashgrove, and strive to be part of this fantastic community.

Dr. Lou Waldie is passionate about excellent dentistry, where her patient's comfort is a priority. She graduated from The University of Queensland with first-class honours and was Vice President of the UQ Dental Association. Lou has been a practicing dentist in Ashgrove since 2008. She likes the personal interaction that dentistry brings and finds teeth very interesting, although she finds the person attached to the teeth far more fascinating!

Dr Sophia is a caring and compassionate clinician. She understands not everyone enjoys visiting the dentist and strives to make every visit as pleasant as possible.
What We’re Not

We are often asked by patients if we are a 'Preferred Provider' or if we will ever become one. So we thought that it is a great time to openly discuss the reasons why we are not. Preferred Providers are not preferred by health funds as an acknowledgement of the quality of the dentist, but have a financial agreement between the dentist and the insurer enabling both parties to earn more money.
