We had an issue with our Gas Log fire. A HeatCool technician came and quickly identified the issue - a loose wire. He also serviced our Brivis Gas Ducted heater and discovered that there were cracks in the heat exchanger. The unit was 16 years old so not unexpected. The technician explained the issues with the heater, showed us video of the cracks and discussed the repair and replacement options.

We opted for replacement and a quote was provided within the next few days. The team arrived today and installed the new heater. They were very efficient and friendly. All work was completed within half
