Got a Toshiba Air Conditioner installed on November 11th which was, much to our annoyance, faulty. The installation company sent a technician within a few days and parts were ordered from Toshiba on November 15th for necessary repairs. It has now been 3 weeks and we still have no parts i.e. no air conditioning. It's 30+ degrees and smoky today and our house has to be locked up without the A/C we installed nearly a month ago. The installation company cannot get a hold of anyone, my husband and i cannot get a hold of anyone. NOT COOL TOSHIBA
