Experience our award-winning wines through seated tastings featuring four 40ml pours of your choice. The $12.50 fee includes access to our Fireside Room and outdoor deck. Bookings are essential on weekends to ensure a seamless, leisurely experience.

Vineyard Cottages

Questions

What are the opening hours for wine tastings?

Wine tastings are available Thursday–Friday 11:30am–4:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 11:30am–5:00pm. Bookings are required on weekends.

Can I stay at the vineyard with pets?

Dogs are welcome outdoors only, must be on a lead, and are not permitted in accommodation units.

Are children allowed in the cottages?

Our vineyard cottages are adults-only. The Blue Gum Guest House does not accommodate children under 12 years old.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Check-in is from 3:00pm, with a leisurely 11:00am checkout. Stays must align with booked dates and seasonal availability.

How do I redeem a birthday voucher?

Birthday vouchers are valid for the entire month of your birthday, with one voucher permitted per table. Sign up 30 days in advance.

Can I host a large event at the winery?

Group bookings over 12 people require a pre-paid deposit. Large parties and loud events are not permitted to maintain our tranquil environment.

We rolled in unannounced with no booking and even though the place was heavily booked we were seated. The setting is very intimate very much like one of our fave wineries in the Yarra Valley. We had the Taster platter for 2 and a couple of glasses of Smillon with the lamb pizza. The service was really good and the food was great, I'm guessing from other reviews it was Barbara that was running around like crazy, staff were really nice. One walk in couple was turned away just after we got there.

My partner and I had a lovely day starting with a tour from Bob. We have done several wine tours before and I have to this was one of most enjoyable. Bob have us a unique experience and so much of his valuable time. Following by a super yummy lunch. I would definitely recommend.

I was so disappointed for the service was poor came from pretty far away, we booked the reservation phone and when we arrived.I was very disappointed by their service.They lacked patience and even asked us to help them to close the door as they said they had the aircon open.I felt discriminated and could feel like they were being racist.We booked a table but were told to sit in the corner next to the sewage for six people where we could barely fit in and the place had a bad smell and was next to mouldy areas .We were the second customer to enter their restaurant but got the worst spot in the restaurant

It was lovely to get back to our favourite winery and enjoy Food and Wine.
Barbara was the perfect host as always. My only gripe was that in my personal opinion the White Wine I was drinking needed to be much much colder and putting ice in the Wine was not an option for me.
