This place isn't even worth the 1 star. Have been visiting for a year and playing social tennis and decided to arrange tennis lessons for my daughter. We agreed Wednesday afternoons at 4pm. It started well and on the third week I was told they have a group booking so we have to change our day and time. Id assume as we have an agreement for a specific day and time for 5 weeks that the booking was solid...until you can make more money on a group booking....our only options

I have been attending this service almost daily for years and am amazed at the rudeness of customers who come in. There are so many entitled people! I was there the day the woman went in to pick up kids and claims the owner was rude, nah, she just informed her of the process that was happening to make sure all the kids were safely picked up. I would rather wait 2 extra minutes to pick my kids up and know that the centre were handing me my children back.

I have been coming to this place for a while for tennis lessons, and my experience was good especially with the coach Tomas, until my son attended the vacation care.
Today, I went to pick him up early so that I can get to pick up my other child from another camp on time. I was in the line to pick up my child but people started to cut the line and all of a sudden I was at the back and I would not be on time for my other kid.
The lady at the pick up (I think she is the owner) was EXTREMELY RUDE when I told her that I need to get my son so that I can pick up my other child on time. She was unprofessional

We had a booking from 6 to 8pm. We got there 15 mins earlier, and no one was using the court (light was OFF as well). So we started to warm up, but received a text message saying that we started to play from 5 : 30 pm, so our booking will be finished at 7 :30. I checked my gps to find out the time we got to the court, and it said we got to the… court at 5:45 pm, not 5:30. So I called them and asked about this very kindly (I was not angry at all at this stage) but the staff was so aggressive, and keep insisting that we started from 5:30. She later changed her word, and our booking was extended

Visited this court as it was one of the few that was open. Played with a member and visited 2-3 times a week. The facilities were average, the courts reasonably maintained, but overpriced. This was tolerable and certainly playable. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The owner/operator was frequently passive aggressive,… robotically inflexible and generally lacked any sense of how to treat a customer, lacking a smile or any amount of friendliness and amicability. While acknowledging this is a stressful time for all, it is not an excuse for being made to feel rather unwelcome

I’ve been bringing my kids to Croydon Tennis Centre for private swimming lessons for over 3 years.
They have always had exceptional customer service, are extremely professional and very personable.
The teachers have a genuine care for improving our children’s swimming skills and are also very, very patient.
My youngest had a terrible fear of the water and it used to make our family holidays an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Sam and her wonderful team of teachers, we now can’t get our son out of the water and we love going on holidays!

Over a year ago we wanted to see if any of our three daughters would be interested in taking up Tennis to keep them active. We contacted several Tennis centers but found CTC so helpful and friendly.
They were also the only ones we spoke to that offered a range of programs and solutions that included competitions for beginners.
Our daughters are close in age (8,9 & 11) but vary significantly in their levels of passion towards the game which is reflected in their skills. CTC have identified this and have catered to each of their needs differently.
