Services
Hands On Physiotherapy
Our hands-on physiotherapy focuses on joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Tailored to musculoskeletal conditions like back pain and sports injuries, this approach combines immediate symptom relief with long-term rehabilitation strategies. Patients receive one-on-one sessions lasting at least 30 minutes, ensuring thorough assessment and treatment.
McKenzie Spine Therapy
Specialised McKenzie method assessments diagnose and treat spinal issues through targeted exercises and postural adjustments. Effective for disc injuries and chronic back pain, this system empowers patients with self-management techniques. Clinicians undergo advanced training to deliver precise, individualised treatment plans for lasting spinal health.
Physio Group Exercise
Supervised group sessions integrate Pilates-based exercises to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility. Designed for injury recovery and injury prevention, these classes accommodate varying fitness levels with small group sizes ensuring personalised attention. Equipment includes reformers and resistance tools to enhance functional capacity and movement control.
Womens Health
Specialist physiotherapists address prenatal/postnatal care, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopausal concerns. Treatment combines internal assessments with targeted exercises to improve pelvic stability and continence. Services include one-on-one consultations and education on managing pregnancy-related discomforts or post-surgical recovery.
Dry Needling
This technique uses fine needles to release muscle trigger points causing pain and stiffness. Effective for conditions like tennis elbow and shoulder impingement, dry needling accelerates healing by improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. Combined with manual therapy for enhanced rehabilitation outcomes.

I have noticed a huge improvement with my spinal cord injuries since attending Core Physiotherapy Campbelltown. I have attended various clinics before finding this one and I wish I had discovered it sooner. Each appointment I've had with Vrinda was customised and tended to my injuries as needed. The follow up appointments were helpful to maintain any progress made at previous appointments. A very friendly and clean space! Highly recommend Vrinda she is a top notch physiotherapist with alot of knowledge. Whenever i attend my appointments Cassandra at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind

I've been to numerous physio's over the last 15 years and I can honestly say Ravi is one of the best and most thorough I've been to. Instead of just helping my injury heal he also took the time to understand the root cause of the injury to help avoid it in the future. Highly recommend booking an appointment with him
