Prep can be one of the most rewarding but challenges experiences you'll ever have and our team of expert coaches are here to guide you all the way.

Located Just 100m from the beaches of Port Melbourne and around the corner from Bay St, you will find the 3 Point Training studio. 3PT has on offer a small number of memberships available to it's private strength training facility. We have kept numbers capped to ensure the comfort and usability of it's current members an coaches.
Results

Over 8 months Tiffany achieved her goal of competing in her first fitness show. She dropped 10kg over 8 months through regular and consistent resistance training and following a personalised nutrition plan.
