I don’t even know where to begin.. a pharmacist who has no empathy whatsoever and who displays the utmost contempt and rudeness to customers and employs young disrespectful and rude staff with pink hair who call their “difficult” customer (me) who had a mental health related episode “Karen” to their face - and openly disrespect and mock her in the middle of the shop, in front of other customers. Reduced to tears and shaking and crying. It’s a pharmacy where I come to get medication for my son’s mental health!! Wow. I got shouted at, mocked, ridiculed and shamed and humiliated and

I went to the pharmacy on the recommendation of a friend, who praised Betty and her staff for their service and professionalism. My own experience completely matched that recommendation, you simply couldn't ask for a better pharmacy experience - friendly, expert and efficient. Highly recommended!
I noticed a couple of recent reviews that have no doubt caused the overall rating to drop. May I suggest anyone looking for a pharmacy for their general needs or their Covid booster shot treat those poor reviews for what they are - bitter people trying to hurt a business due to their own petty vindictiveness

Betty and all her staff are outstanding!! Friendly, personable, and professional. They always make me feel welcome and always gone the extra mile.
They are always willing to make your experience positive.

I've lived in Boronia Park for 40 years and this pharmacy has always been here, although different owners and pharmacists. Over this time I've found Betty and her staff are by far the most knowledgeable, about pharmaceuticals, helpful and friendliest.
So lucky to have them close to home.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I called about the rapid antigen tests (which are normally $15) for my toddler who is sick but when I arrived the price on the box was scratched out and a new price of $39.99 was written. Thankfully I went to IGA and got a pack of 5 for $55. But the icing on the cake was the interaction with the owner Betty. When I politely asked why the price was much higher and openly wondered if it was because they are so hard to find right now, she became extremely hostile and defensive and refused to sell me one ! She had a rant and then kicked me out of the store

I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy for over 15 years and have nothing but praise and kind words to say about Betty and her staff. To say the truth, I am frankly quite appalled at some of the negative reviews I've read here.
As a frequent customer of the store, I have witnessed one or two of the complaints in the reviews and in every scenario I have insight into, the reviewer has been mistaken, or has lied outright in their review. It is absurd to me that Betty is copping such backlash and cruel words as a result of these customer's own errors.

They provide wonderful support to the local community particularly at this time with their commitment to helping out with the administration of the COVID vaccination program. I visited Baronia Park Pharmacy on December 24 to purchase a rapid antigen test kit. I politely mentioned the substantial price difference between their test kit and those available at other pharmacies in the area. Betty, the owner/pharmacist, flew into a rage and snatched the product from the counter, refusing service. This is unacceptable behaviour for a health provider. Betty needs to learn how to manage her emotions. Her actions were irrational and revolting. This is not the type of person who values and respects their customers. This pharmacy is clearly looking to make an unreasonably large

Friendly staff and Betty chemist and Owner has a wealth of knowledge she loves to share. Great with natural remedies as well as a mainstream. They’re always happy to order in items that are difficult to get or not of their usual lines usually within a day or so unless out of stock. Even though I moved out of area by a couple of suburbs I find myself travelling back to Boronia Park Pharmacy.
Professional honest and with a great care factor and some great little make up lines and baby products.

Betty and her team are always helpful and provide great personal service and advice. I have known Betty since she started at Boronia Park and find her to be very knowledgeable, competent and professional when dealing with her.
Just recently I had forgotten to take my medication with me when I travelled south for business. It took only one call to Betty to have my script emailed to a pharmacy in Nowra and the script was filled. There was no imposition and it was great to see that old fashion service still existed.
