As others have commented, they overcharge for basic prescription medication. I was charged $33 (however the the pbs retail to the patient is $32.06) and I could have got the same medication from Chemist Warehouse for $19.38. I’ll never come back here again & in future drive the additional 5 minutes down the road. Lesson learnt.

I bought my sons antibiotics here for $23.90. I bought the repeat from chemist warehouse for $5.90. Exact SAME medicine. I was so shocked by the price difference I returned to Annandale Village pharmacy and was informed by the staff member its the 'pricing model' adopted by the owners. He even said he buys his medicine from chemist warehouse. Avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off!

Totally appalling service
After several people & I waited for staff to arrive 20 minutes after they were scheduled to open and when they finally served me, the lady serving me snatched my prescription while smirking in a dismissive way.
Unfortunately I'm now having to find another chemist as I've never been so badly disrespected before in my life. They're behaviour was totally uncalled for and I'm extremely disappointed with the attitude that was displayed here. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience here. I was supposed to get a refund for an incorrect script and it never came through. It was up to me to call on particular days to chase the matter up. I didn't bother.
