High prices with terrible service.
Zero accountability taken for delivery of damaged goods. Very poor communication/transparency about stock levels & despatch times when ordering. Every single order I've placed has had issues requiring multiple calls/emails to resolve (if resolved at all). Once the rest of my current order eventually arrives I won't be giving this business my business' money ever again. Three bad experiences in less than 6 months of buying from them is more than enough.

Ordered 15 pillows sent us 15 Anko Kmart Pillows ( in kmart boxes) valued at $4.25 for a two pack then charged us $21 per pillow. Arranged to get them collected and replaced. Sent us the same cheap K mart pillows in their branded boxes. One pillow has makeup marks on it. The mind boggles.

I have recently purchased some masks and sanitisers from them. I was surprised to receive the items sooner than expected. The items were well packaged. During the pandemic there was a huge surge in prices of ppe now it seems normal. Thanks.

3 weeks ago I ordered items for my business including hand sanitiser and wipes, I have had no word from them other than they received my order,
Today I contacted them, to find out where my order was, they said they have no stock of these items and I would have to wait until the end of April. I am sorry but that is discussing Taking money of businesses that are already doing it tough, my own business has been closed due to the restrictions. I have purchased for over 10 years from Livingstone and that is it for me, never again will I place an order with them again. I hope you scamming $300 from
