Services
Osteopathic Treatment
Our osteopathic treatments use hands-on techniques to address neuromusculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. We employ soft tissue manipulation, joint articulation, and nerve mobilisation to restore mobility and alleviate pain. This holistic approach considers biomechanical relationships throughout the body to treat conditions like back pain, headaches, and sports injuries while promoting overall wellness.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture services integrate traditional Chinese medicine principles with modern pain science. We use fine needles to target specific points for pain relief and inflammation reduction. This evidence-informed practice effectively manages chronic pain conditions, migraines, and musculoskeletal disorders while complementing other manual therapies in comprehensive treatment plans.
Chronic Pain Management
Specialised programs address persistent musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain conditions. Our approach combines manual therapy with patient education about pain mechanisms and self-management strategies. We treat complex cases including spinal disc issues, TMJ disorders, and postural strain, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life through gradual, evidence-based interventions.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Tailored rehabilitation for acute exercise-related injuries common in yoga practitioners, dancers, and gym enthusiasts. Our treatment combines manual therapy with movement retraining to address joint injuries and soft tissue damage. We focus on restoring optimal biomechanics and providing sport-specific exercise programs to prevent recurrence while facilitating return to activity.
Postural Correction
Comprehensive assessment and treatment of postural strain from occupational and lifestyle factors. We address chronic tension patterns through manual therapy and corrective exercises, incorporating ergonomic advice for workplace modifications. This service helps alleviate repetitive strain injuries and prevents long-term musculoskeletal complications from poor posture habits.

Report
For two years I have had chronic pain in my neck. After seeing countless physios and chiros with little improvement, within 1 session Dr Luke was able to identify the cause and within 3 sessions the pain was nearly completely gone. He's got a very approachable style and is a skilled practitioner . So grateful and have recommended to all my friends. Thank you!

Very blessed to have been referred to Luke, I was suffering with chronic lower back and nerve pain. Luke helped relieve most of the pain with the combination of acupuncture, massage and advice on stretches and exercises. Within the first month of our sessions there was a massive improvement in my ability to walk freely and most importantly pain relief. Luke works in Sydney CBD as well as in Bondi Junction - so very convenient locations to visit and super easy to book an appointment.
Luke is very knowledgeable, attentive to your needs and goes above and beyond his duty of care to ensure that you

I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the treatments desensitising my femoral nerve and sorting out the cramping in my leg. It's been a few weeks since I saw you (school holidays etc.) In that time I've been pretty much symptom-free walking and very slowly introducing running again, which is feels so good after such a long time out of action. I'll definitely be back should I have any further issues. Thanks again for helping me turn the corner on this long term investigation I'm so pleased we were introduced!
