My husband's FIL passed away suddenly and the family came together with Rebecca from Gatton Laidley Lowood Funerals. In the middle of what is an anxious and upsetting time, Rebecca was there to make it just that bit easier.
Her care and attention was impeccable and felt familiar without impacting on the family. The personal attention you gave, the assistance to the family and answering everything in a prompt and professional (as well as caring manner) helped us to make decisions when everything seemed overwhelming!
