I can't remember the optimetrist's name, an older lady but the receptionist and the optimetrist were the rudest people I have ever met. Totally unprofessional, rough and incompetent. She had no idea what she was saying or doing. I have had glasses for 30 years and have never experienced anything like it. I walked out totally shocked and dismayed.

Had an appointment to see Dr Jenny this morning as I had concerns with my vision. I have been to other major chain eye stores for several years and the service has been OK. Dr Jenny at Concord Eyes provides a for more professional and caring experience and spent considerably more time testing my eyes compared to the other major stores. It is easy sometimes to forget about our local businesses but in this case I believe I have found an optometrist I can trust and not one of the stores that are going to continually tell me my eyes have changed just so they can sell me new glasses.
