Charles founded Avoca Insurance Brokers in 2005 and is the Managing Director. His vision and passion in forming Avoca was fuelled by developing strong and long term relationships. His desire was to establish a brokerage that lived the culture of exceptional service, built on trust and respect.
Avoca is in that exciting growth phase and Charles is leading that process with a definite focus in establishing Avoca as a niche boutique broker to the small and medium enterprise markets and developing a portfolio of specialist risks.Charles is passionate about people, life, the environment and making a difference and to that extent is actively committed and involved with the Annual Ride for Youth Charity.

Any queries will be professionally handled by one of our trusted qualified partners. Avoca can provide risk management capabilities that identify risks that businesses may be exposed to and provide suggestions and solutions on how to mitigate or eliminate them.
Making a Claim
Report
You must make your claim as soon as possible after you suffer a loss. If you don't make your claim within 30 days, the insurer may reduce what they pay you by an amount to take account of any disadvantages they may suffer as a result of the delay. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss from occurring.
