They possess a vast amount of industry knowledge and a wealth of experience borne over many years. Leading from the front they provide critical advice to clients and the rest of the Grange team alike, expertly managing any issues that arise.

Founded in 2005 Grange Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned, licensed general insurance broker providing insurance placement, risk consultancy and claims management service to the corporate, SME business and rural sectors. Prior to forming Grange, the founding directors, Don Leadbetter, Ken Cook and Steve Guy were co-directors and equity partners of a Perth based brokerage.

Don has over 38 years experience in the insurance industry, of which the past 20 years have been as a principal of an insurance broking company. Prior to broking Don held senior management positions with leading Australian insurers. In those positions he was exposed to Corporate business across all sectors.

Grange can offer comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions for principals and contractors in the resources and mining industry. Our Directors have extensive experience placing cover for mining and mining related services from junior explorers to infrastructure construction to fully operational mine sites.
