Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,Responsiveness
Vivienne has looked after our three cats a few times now. She sends us fun photos and videos of her visits and makes an effort to give the cats pats and cuddles whenever she comes. She is very responsible and reliable- always comes on time and does a thorough job!

Very rude. I wouldnt trust my animal in the hands of someone with such a harsh and unfriendly demeanor. I called to enquire about a pet taxi, also wanted to enquire about a dog walking service as we are moving to the inner west and was cut off mid sentence and hung up on for no reason. I sure do hope she treats animals with more respect than she treats humans.

I have a mini Pomeranian and, like all Pomeranian, my baby Hakan is extremely active and doesn't stop barking for a second. I'm always very busy with my work and sometimes I couldn't walk with it until I found Hot Dog Walking. Vivianne is extremely professional and has a great love for her work and I could see this through Hakan who started to calm down, his anxiety controlled and always waiting for her with great joy for his fun and lively outings. Unfortunately we had to move and so far I haven't met anyone like you!!! Hakan is missing you so much!!!

We have a GSP who is a big and energetic dog who also has some anxiety issues. We had to try a couple of different dog walkers as he can be a more complex dog and is sometimes not great with new people. Vivienne goes above and beyond with him and is so patient, calm and persistent. She has been like this since day 1 and he has responded so well to this. He now jumps and barks with excitement when she arrives to pick him up for his walks. Thanks so much Vivienne!
