We are an intimate and inclusive yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Melbourne CBD & Burwood East, offering Mat Yoga, Aerial Yoga classes as well as Mat & Reformer Pilates classes for any levels. We love our community and believe that we are all on the same journey, although we might come at it from different paths. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Little Mandarin will support and nurture you along your journey.

Our mat-based yoga classes are suitable for all levels, please check the mat yoga class descriptions here. If you don't have yoga experience and wish to join the aerial yoga classes, make sure you book the aerial align or aerial 101 for your first class. For reformer pilates class, please book the reformer align class.

Situated on the 2nd floor of the Historic Nicholas Building, our beautiful studios are blessed with stunning views of the St Paul Cathedral and is bathed in sunlight. The wooden floor and white interior will relax and calm your senses from the moment you step in. We are proud to be the part of the world leading sustainable shopping centre, Burwood Brickworks, and offering traditional mat-based yoga, aerial yoga as well as mat pilates.
Aerial Yoga

Aerial 101 is a workshop-style class that is designed for anyone who is new to yoga or aerial yoga. Join a small group class and get individual attention. Learn and experience the basics that you require for long term aerial yoga practice. An alignment focused aerial class, Aerial Align uses the aerial hammock to support and enhance yoga poses.
Mat Yoga
Report
Come sweat it out with us in a 30-degree Celsius infrared heated room. This class is inspired by Bikram yoga and Iyengar yoga in which we practise in a hot but silent room (no background music). Teacher gives minimal cues on the poses, which gives the opportunity to turn our attention inwards and experience a more meditative practice.
Reformer Pilates

An alignment-focused class, Reformer Align is designed to work with all of the 6 Pilates principles: control, centring, concentration, precision, breath and flow. Enjoy a 50-minute workout utilising the reformers to leave feeling stronger, longer and more mobile. An intermediate style class, Reformer Dynamic is designed to help sculpt the body with the help of the reformer and the original Pilates principles.
