Horrible service for myself as a diabetic, issues with ordering ndss consumables and do not account for any customer situations, do not recommend for a usual chemist

Very lovely staff that understands issues and gives great advice. I went a while back and the usual very nice lady wasnt there and had a little bit of a rude pharmacist. Obviously they can refuse early refills ect but had to contact my doctor. They sorted it for me so i do weekly pick ups. I just did not like the attitude of this person. Very rude and I could tell she was frustrated with me. Also I could here her talking to my doctor on the phone and it was quite and everyone could of heard my situation and knew it was about me. Also some whispers. Other than that day it is the best chemist

Always find the staff here very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Love the opening hours easily accessible for before or after work and on weekends. Reasonable prices and local.

Was very disappointed with the attitude of Dr Ahmed Al-Ali , asking about 3 issues seems to be too many as he told me to make another appointment . i know they get paid by medicare per visit but c'mon
