Our story begins in 1964, when Australian entrepreneur Mr Paul Ramsay founded Ramsay Health Care. For many years, we operated dispensaries within the walls of Ramsay Private Hospitals but in 2007 the Ramsay Pharmacy Group was launched - providing a broader range of full-service, community based pharmacies.
From the very beginning, Paul Ramsay was motivated by the philosophy People Caring for People - principles which continue to drive our own people, and The Ramsay Pharmacy Group today. Ramsay pharmacy highett have to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I’ve had several issues with them about getting a prescription The staff are unfriendly unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with.
DO NOT go to this pharmacy! Worst customer service Ever!

I was at Parkside pharmacy Miranda Waited for 45 minutes for 5 scripts The young man that served me kept making mistakes and not only when I got my try with my medication the young girl (chemist) has given me the wrong medication They respond was poor As I safer from an in large aorta I didn’t appreciate it Careless and terrible customer… service I complain and they respond was that the young man gets confused when it is busy and that they regular pharmacy was not there and they had to get someone in short notice That is great risking people’s life’s And to make matters

Empathy for one. I went to get my pain med today after having a pace maker put in. My doctor was suppose to fax 2 scripts over , after I was finally released from hospital. They where dispensed after my doctor agreed to POST scripts across but unfortunately only 1 script was received. The chemist that was on this afternoon... Sunday 23rr... A young… girl. Refused to give me the full NEW script for chronic pain, stating when she received posted script I can get the rest of my pain killers. I was mortified at her lack of empathy. I have only lived in Camp hill for 3 months and after 7 years
