Recently bought some pre-marinated American pork ribs - cooked them today for 2.5 hours as I found out how to do in a slow 160C oven - they were absolutely delicious - my husband said they were the best ribs he has ever had - so thank you guys for giving me the info I needed for a fab dinner.

The best meat at BY FAR the best prices in town. Friendly staff, and OH MY GOD the sausages are SOOOOO GOOD. I never go anywhere else!
