Amazing products all year round. Fast and friendly service that is always very helpful and welcoming. Probably the best butcher I have been to. Their EFTPos machine took 5 minutes to work once and they gave me 500 grams of free chicken nibbles for the trouble, goes to show how kind the staff are.

We conduct our weekly (sometimes 3 times in a week) visits to get our meat here. I would recommend the Paddington/Rosalie store for a 5 stars largely due to the ambience and culture there. In both stores the as always the meat is outstanding. Ill be back to Ashgrove in the future and may revisit the 4 stars.

Our go to place for sausages, never disappoints with lots of varieties, got our favourite beef with maple, lamb with rosemary and cumberland pork. Fast service, friendly staff, and Covid measures being observed.

First time here got double charged on a purchase of 1.8kg of beef with the butcher charging me for 3.6kg. At $60/kg this works out to be a bit of money. I suspect the butcher knew he made a mistake, whether deliberate or not, as he was very hesitant when I asked for a receipt. I eventually got a refund with no explanation for the error and it was passed off as no issue. If you shop here I would recommend to check your receipts thoroughly and potentially bring your own scales. The rib cut was tasty.

My choice butcher - The staff are always friendly andwilling to help, even if it's an obscure blend of custom mince meats for home made sausage rolls or helping me get pork leg bones for tonkotsu ramen. Awesome service, highly recommend.
