I have taken all 3 courses with the Aerial Yoga Academy & I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! The course material is clearly set out & the lifetime access allows you to watch the videos over & over again. The course creator Monique is there to support you every step of the way & even after you have graduated She is friendly, funny &… approachable, she responds quickly & no question is too small. I fell in love with Aerial Yoga at a local studio which sadly closed for a time. I took this course to further my own knowledge and for my own personal practice. The manual is great and suits a variety of learning styles as it has written and video instructions for each pose and lots of other info. I really like the fact you can download and… also keep accessing the course after you have completed- it’s always good go back over things.
