Stronger than 5% of lifters. A beginner lifter can perform the movement correctly and has practiced it for at least a month. My experience with Iron Barbell club has been awesome, ever since I started there I have learned a great deal about myself and Crossfit. I've also met a lot of like minded people who have similar goals and are really friendly and welcoming to the community when I joined.

Everything we do here at CrossFit IB is built on the Iron Athlete program, which is designed to help you build elite-level strength, conditioning, and overall athleticism through expertly programmed training cycles. Each of these cycles is founded on three key pillars of training.

Our metabolic conditioning sessions are designed to help you boost your natural metabolism, improve your cardio (which is responsible for MASSIVE increases in energy), and increase your muscular stamina so you can stay energised all day long.Our strength sessions focus on all three types of muscle development: definition, shape/tone, and length/flexibility.
Progression

Growth is the foundation for our Iron Athlete program. Everything we do is purpose built to constantly improve you as an individual. For us, this means objective measurable programming. Every cycle, we measure your progress against the three pillars of the program: strength, conditioning, and composition.
Upcoming Training Cycle
Report
Objective - The objective of this training cycle is to improve our overall strength and endurance with a major focus on squat strength and a minor on overhead pressing strength. If you do decide to train on a rest day, add some mobility exercises and the programmed engine WOD. Testing - We will be doing a benchmark test at the beginning of your cycle and then another one after 15 weeks to assess your progress.
