Cinch is a boutique private group and personal training studio situated directly opposite La Trobe Secondary College (and next to Nice Guy Eddie Gelato!). Our trainers are all tertiary qualified in Human Movement or Exercise Science. Although we are a diverse team with different areas of interest - ranging from pelvic floor strength to improving your golf swing - we have one thing in common.

Run in ten week blocks in line with the school terms, Train with Cinchy is for you if you are committed to being your best. If you don't want to live in the gym and your preference is for a science driven, results based approach to training and eating optimally - this is for you. It is also for you if you hate burpees.
FAQ's

Most sessions in a gym are a sort of circuit, however to be more specific - it is not circuit style in that there is no timer and we are not competing against the clock or working to time. Our programs are set on sets and repetitions (periodised across a ten week block) and essentially you work at your own speed - so the vibe is relaxed and supportive - we aren't going to shout "go faster"at you any time soon.
