Our Members have a wide range of disabilities with approximate half being wheelchair users who predominantly have spinal cord injuries. Elba's vision is to be a leader in providing specialist support for wheelchair users and people with other disabilities. Elba Provides Assistance With Daily Life Tasks In and Away from Family Living Arrangements.

Elba assists with personal tasks of daily life to enable the individual to live as autonomously as possible.
