Fabulous Life style and Retirement Village. In my opinion, one of the best around in Perth. There are heaps of clubs and activities to attend if one desires, bus trips at affordable prices, has an enclosed heated pool and a fully equipped Gym free of charge, and much more, all set amongst pleasant surrounds in a very 'central to Perth location'. Well worth a 'look in'

It is a real village. We have a little 'corner shop', a library, a hairdresser, and access to medical facilities, as well as lots of activities run by residents. We have a super choir, led by Harry Williams, a professional choirmaster. There are art groups, physical culture groups and I have just started a ballet group - I have taught ballet since I was fourteen and was missing it terribly, but my ballet ladies have given me back my confidence and love of teaching. My wife and I have been in Swancare for over 10 years. We have an independent living villa and we have been very happy here. All the services are great and mean a hassle free life. We have a holiday home near Augusta and it is a breeze to pack up and go with the knowledge our home here is safe and secure. We would highly recommend Swancare to anyone looking for a retirement village
