Services
Foster Care
Uniting WA provides full-time and respite foster care services for children with high support needs. Our trauma-informed approach supports carers and children through daily routines, schooling, and long-term development. We match foster carers with children unable to live in their family homes due to trauma, disability, or illness. Our services operate across Perth metro and regional Western Australia.
NDIS Support
As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver individualised disability support services across Perth and Albany. Our offerings include supported independent living, positive behaviour support, and community participation programs. We tailor services to NDIS plans, focusing on skill development, independent living, and access to community resources. Our 24/7 support operates in shared accommodation settings with pricing aligned to NDIS guidelines.
Mental Health Services
Our mental health support services assist adults and children through recovery programs, behaviour management, and family support. We offer therapeutic interventions for trauma, substance abuse, and parenting challenges. Services include the Independent Living Program for long-term mental illness support and Your Say advocacy program for clients with co-occurring mental health and disability needs.
Housing Assistance
We provide crisis accommodation, transitional housing, and supported independent living solutions for homeless individuals and families. Our Homelessness Accommodation Support Service (HASS) combines case management with temporary housing. Specialist programs target older women at risk of homelessness and men transitioning from long-term incarceration. Properties include accessible housing for people with disabilities.
Financial Counselling
Our Financial Wellbeing team offers free counselling, debt management, and budgeting support to over 5,000 clients annually. Services include emergency relief, energy coaching through the Energy Ahead Program, and financial literacy workshops for corporations and community groups. We partner with the Financial Wellbeing Collective to address cost-of-living challenges across Perth.

This place is a drop in Centre, for the homeless, or those on low income who need a coffee, breakfast, morning and afternoon Tea, lunch. All free of Charge, food provided by donations from second harvest and other Donations of Seconds vegetables, fruit available daily. Tranby's is funded by Uniting Church, snd funding under State Grants. There are qualified Support Workers on site at the front, and Volunteers who work the kitchen zone. Medical staff attend for appointment's, or drop in's, if time permits. Air conditioning works well. Big screen television in the open seated area.

I have recently starting working with Uniting Care West in a Business to Business Capacity. I have to say that I have been so impressed by the organisation that I am drawn today to write this Google Review. The staff I have met in the Office have all been kind, caring, motivated to work and care about their jobs, together with living the company values. I highly recommend any other Business or Consumer considering working with Uniting Care West to do so. Well done :-)
