Poor management that doesnt listen. Worked here for 2 years and was never taken seriously until I spoke up on how we needed to improve and then was dismissed for it. Do not apply to work here. You will hate it.

Our company has completed numerous jobs for Mil-tek at restaurants in the Greater Cincinnati area and have not been paid for our services. We have been trying to reach them in regards to the outstanding invoices for over 6 months. Do not complete work for them.
