Unfortunately I had used this company under the assumption of the glossy bio on their web page.
Had a rep attend a site prior for a pool excavation 14 days ago, while it would be difficult to determine and quote I was under the impression that it wouldn't be unrealistic as it had become. During the site visit prior to the excavation, I was informed that I should drain some of the content into the sewage (illegal) as it must go to stormwater as per council requirements. (Very unprofessional Paul)
