Laurie Kelly began servicing the Belmont City and it surrounds way back in 1969 as a lone sales rep for General Agency based out of Victoria Park. Back then the Belmont Forum was nothing but a dairy farm and the Belmont Tavern was an old wood yard. The area was going thru a massive subdivision stage and Laurie was selling the "Australian Dream" of owning your own home on a quarter acre block.
