Exceeded all expectations. We first met Pratik at a home open, and were impressed by his attitude and proffessionalism. We decided to use him as our agent even though he was outside of his normal area. He didn't let us down! He worked around the clock, to ensure everything was done in a fast, efficent manner. We ended up exceeding our reserve price by over 10% and couldn't be happier. If you want an agent who is willing to go that extra mile, then Pratik is the man for the job!

Jayde Stuart has looked after my property for most of the past 2 years since I rented out my family home and moved to London. She has done an incredible job for me during that time. I have not been allowed to return to Australia at all since Covid first hit and we had the first lockdowns in the U.K. in March 2020. Jayde always keeps in touch on a regular basis to let me know how my letting is going and sends photos so I can see the outcome of the regular inspections. She promptly arranges for maintenance when required and the costs are reasonable. This is a worrying time in my life in many aspects
