TENANTS BEWARE. I have to force this company to meet its contractual obligations virtually every time something needs to be repaired.
TEN WEEKS ago the insulation was removed in the property I rent for repairs to be done to the ceiling. The insulation still hasn't been re-installed and staff have promised repeatedly they will deal with it but still haven't. This is a breach of contract which will now have to be dealt with in court. I do not recommend this company to prospective tenants. Response to owner's response:

She went above and beyond to get all the paperwork done, so I could get the keys and move in asap. I'd contacted her on a Friday and was in my Monday - I'd highly recommend this business.
