Eye Examinations

Our optometrists assess vision requirements and eye health through detailed assessments including digital fundus imaging. Spectacle Lenses
Premium spectacle lenses from industry leaders Hoya, Carl Zeiss, and Essilor. We offer free-form progressive lenses, Transitions adaptive lenses, and Crizal anti-reflective coatings. All lenses meet Australian safety standards with certification available for protective eyewear solutions.
Contact Lenses
ProVision exclusive contact lens range and major brands including CooperVision and Bausch & Lomb. Custom solutions available through specialist laboratories. Our optometrists provide fitting services and ongoing support for all contact lens types, including rigid gas permeable and specialty lenses.
Safety Spectacles
AS/NZ1337.6 compliant prescription and non-prescription protective eyewear. We supply safety spectacles meeting Australian standards for workplace protection across various industries. Certification included with all safety eyewear purchases for compliance verification.
Digital Fundus Imaging
Advanced 3D OCT imaging and fundus photography using Topcon Maestro 2 technology. This diagnostic service enables detailed assessment of retinal health and early detection of eye conditions. Available with out-of-pocket payment as it cannot be bulk billed through Medicare.

Yes, most consultations are bulk-billed directly to Medicare with no out-of-pocket expenses, except digital fundus imaging and some contact lens services.
What frame brands do you stock?
We offer designer brands including Nicola Finetti, CK Calvin Klein, and Longchamp, plus budget options from Eyecraft and Dirty Dog with a two-year warranty.
Are after-hours appointments available?
After-hours appointments can be arranged by special request outside our standard Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm operating hours.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We have HICAPS for instant health fund rebates with most private health insurance members receiving no-gap benefits for selected services.
Do you offer safety eyewear solutions?

I thank dr Evans for being very thorough yesterday. I am not one of his regular patient, but having an issue with my left eye, I thought it best to see someone quickly and as close to home as possible. He was nice and took his time to assess the problem , and once realized there was a corneal inflammation, promptly contacted the eye specialist clinic and made an appointment for me. I very much appreciate his care and professionalism.
