Had a small screw fall out of my glasses ,when to Byrnes Optometrists where i got them from and was told they charge $3 to put a new Screw in , We had just spend $790 a new set for my partner from them but they were to mean to put a 50c screw in,I will never go back and will tell all my friends how mean pennypinching they are , So bad Service !!!!

I am beyond impressed with Byrnes Optometrists. I had an appointment with John who was incredible. He really took his time with me, listened to my concerns and explained everything in great detail but kept it easy to understand. 10/10, 5 star service and if I could give more stars, I would.
