I cannot recommend Doug and the staff at Medispecs highly enough. I was pretty stressed out about my daughters eye problems and Doug went out of his way to reassure me and explain everything thoroughly. (I always have a hundred questions especially when it comes to my kids health.) Importantly, the kids were made to feel welcome and the appointment was fun for them too. We drove over two hours to our appointment based on the google reviews and would happily do it again.

First visit for an eye test for my 7yr old. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Doug did a great job performing the eye test for my very nervous child. I highly recommend parents to come here for their kids. Will definitely be going back.

We've used this clinic a couple of times now and have been very pleased with their outstanding personal service of both the optometrist and the other staff members. They have gone out of their way to help myself and my family members. I would and have highly recommend their services to anyone.
