I come from a diverse background, with a Bachelors in Accounting from CQU, owning restaurants in northern Queensland, and Scarborough, all the way to starting my career as a personal trainer just over twelve years ago. I have come from being someone who hated exercise (turns out I just hate cardio, lol) and who lived on a mixture of painkillers to get through the day due to chronic pain.

Cardiovascular health - provides a boost in circulation with regular use attributed to weight loss. Assists with sleep - activates the parasympathetic nervous system leaving feeling calm & relaxed. A study published in Clin Rheumatol 2009 showed 8 sauna sessions provided short term improvement in pain, stiffness & a trend towards long term beneficial effects.
