At Resultz we have such a fun time continuously working on a super supportive culture for both staff and members. Finding a gym that is not overcrowded during peak times is virtually impossible since the inception of the 24/7 franchise Gyms. Our community love the fact that we keep our numbers manageable so they don't queue for equipment at the time they choose to train.

Perfect for those who need that extra accountability in a super supportive environment. Our Boot Camp program consists of 10 sessions per week in 2 separate locations. Mat, the head trainer and owner has spent over 15 years training Australian Defence and international Defence personnel all around the globe.

Don't expect a 24/7 gym experience at Resultz Gym. We have a limited number of memberships that create an atmosphere where you will feel comfortable to train in and think it is your own personal gym! We will always offer assistance when required or asked to do so to ensure you can work on your health and fitness in a safe and friendly environment.

We appreciate our community want flexibility with their memberships. Our memberships are designed so you may have freedom of choice on the type of gym membership you choose. Our goal is to ensure you get the best experience possible to achieve great outcomes in line with your goals. It can be challenging and daunting when starting out at a new gym.
Online Membership form

All of our gym memberships and group training memberships can be filled out via this online platform. Once complete you are ready to train! Choose your preferred method of payment under "ongoing payment" and complete. If after your FREE week you decide not to continue training at the "Happiest Gym on Earth", your account WILL NOT be debited.
Strength Club
Report
We train in small groups of no more than 5 people with every work out having a very clear and defined goal. Each individual program is conducted over 12-14 weeks with a clear focus on getting stronger. During the lifespan for an adult (who does not participate in strength training) they will lose 7 kg of muscle and gain 15 kg of body fat.
Boot Camp

If you are the type of person who lacks "exercise motivation" and commitment to exercise, our group training program has helped many people recreate their "exercise Mojo". All of our members become part of a collection of like-minded people working towards similar health and fitness goals. Every person regardless of fitness ability receives support and encouragement from other members, creating a positive atmosphere that inspires you to achieve.
