Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. We treat back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Our approach focuses on optimising function, reducing pain, and promoting long-term musculoskeletal health through personalised care plans that may include lifestyle education and targeted exercise programs.
Clinical Pilates
Supervised by qualified physiotherapists, our clinical pilates programs combine traditional pilates principles with rehabilitation science. Each session includes individual assessments to create customised exercise plans using specialised equipment like reformers and trapeze tables. This approach improves core stability, postural awareness, and functional movement patterns while managing chronic pain and enhancing general fitness through progressive, goal-oriented exercise programs tailored to individual capabilities.
Sports Physiotherapy
Designed for athletes at all levels, our sports physiotherapy services focus on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and post-injury rehabilitation. Our therapists use biomechanical analysis and sport-specific conditioning to develop custom treatment plans. We address acute sports injuries, chronic conditions, and return-to-play protocols, incorporating strength training, mobility work, and functional movement retraining to help athletes safely achieve their performance goals and reduce future injury risks.
Women's Health
Specialised physiotherapy services address women's health concerns including pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and post-natal care, and pelvic girdle pain. Our practitioners provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans focusing on pelvic floor muscle training, abdominal separation management, and postural support. We offer evidence-based care for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions using gentle, effective techniques tailored to each woman's specific health needs.
Clinical Rehabilitation
Our clinical rehabilitation programs support patients before and after surgical procedures, particularly joint replacements and orthopaedic surgeries. We work closely with surgeons to develop continuity of care plans that optimise recovery through pre-operative conditioning and post-operative rehabilitation. Our programs include gait training with walking aids, progressive strength building, and functional mobility exercises designed to restore independence, improve surgical outcomes, and facilitate a safe return to daily activities through structured, evidence-based recovery protocols.

Walked in today, feeling very sore and overwhelmed with back pain. Tam and Amy treated me, and I now have a recovery plan moving forward. So grateful, and excited for the future. Highly recommend.

Came to see a physiotherapist a while ago after really enjoying the pilates classes here. Unfortunately a bit of a waste of money and time. Physio seemed like she couldn't be bothered. Not very engaged with me or communicative about treatment. Didn't help at all with my injury, went home feeling dismissed and still in pain.

Had knee issues that would interfere in sport so my mate recommended for me to come here to check out my issues. When I arrived the atmosphere was very family friendly towards first-timers. Had my knee issue checked out by one of the physiotherapists, and the whole experience was comfortable yet professional. Received training advices and instructions on what I could do to better my knee by someone who understood the demands of my sport. Would definitely recommend this place to those with any sport injuries, and will be coming here again if I have any more issues in the future.

I was in a lot of pain when I hobbled in today and walked out feeling so much better. Maddy was wonderful - I got lots of information, she told me what she was doing and why, and gave me a list of things to do to take care of myself going forward. The place had a lovely, friendly vibe to it, which is particularly good when you're miserable and over everything. I'm very happy with the treatment I got and will be visiting them when I inevitably break myself again.
