Not super happy. Bought a 35kg Industrial unit with a 2 year warranty 3 years ago for approx $1500. Broke down just before Christmas and cost us $750 to fix it, half the cost of new unit and only 3 years old. So now I have a 3 year old ice maker that has cost me well over $2000 so far, I should have stuck with buying bagged ice from the servo...

Frostline have serviced our commercial refrigeration equipment for the past 15 years. They always help out in an emergency and ensure their techs are onsite quickly. They have a number of assigned technicians to our site which is great because they are familiar with our equipment and service history.
