The doctors in our practice are members of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and are Vocationally Registered or are working toward this. They have a commitment to general practice and to continuing medicine education, regularly attending postgraduate medical meetings. All doctors have a keen interest in preventative medicine.

Ashmore City Medical Centre has easy car parking and disabled access means we can cater to people with disabilities. Our air-conditioned and spacious waiting area is designed for your comfort. The centre has a minor procedure room and an area for emergencies. A television is provided. Stands in the waiting room contain pamphlets on a variety of health issues and we encourage patients to help themselves.
Appointments

This surgery operates on a standard consultation appointment with your regular doctor as soon as we are able. Though, there will be occasions when they may not be available and we will need to book you in with another doctor. If you feel your appointment may take extra time and you are making an appointment for a health assessment, medical, immunisation or a surgical procedure, please advise reception when booking the appointment.
Fees

Longer consultation have a higher fee, however after Medicare rebate, the "out of pocket expense" is similar. Your medicare refunds can now be organised by direct deposit into your bank account by Medicare at the time of payment. If you wish to access this facility you will need to have given medicare your bank account details or bring your bank account details with you including your BSB, the the time of consultation.
