I used this service one time a year ago and I have requested to cancel every month when pay pal automatically pays pdfiller. I cannot get it cancelled and since January 2021, I have been trying to cancel and I always request a refund. No refunds, and yet another payment came out today.

Have been using their services for a while and honestly I like paying on a month to month basis which I have always done so. But this month I was automatically charged so I called in. Joyce at customer service wasnt really helpful. I asked her to cancel the transaction and the reason being, I dont want to be paying monthly, and asked how the refund process works and she seemed annoyed. She kept repeating the same thing again and again like I didnt get it the first time around and she could just answer the question. Yes yes no no. Again I am not sure she could hear me but I could hear her

Woke up to a $144 charge from your company. using pdf5.co and charging me and I definitely didnt use any pdf sites especially if itll cost me $144 dollars. I am disabled and dont need these scares in my life. Fix this
