My partner and I have nothing but praise - absolute exceptional service, from the lady on reception who answered our call to the Dr who stayed after hours, and provided much needed care and concern to my partner for a severely painful tooth. The bedside manner shown was beyond amazing.. our sincere thanks and gratitude for all of your help and for making the entire process as comfortable as possible. Dr Tim and the team take such good care of us. My husband has had a complete removal of all his teeth and replaced with implants and now I am working on getting my teeth up to scratch, and I couldn't ask for a better person to do it.

Having moved to Brisbane for the last 10 of my 70 years I have been so pleased to find such a great dental practice with Dr Tim and the other dentists and the very helpful and friendly staff. At Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental, I truly believe I received excellent customer service and care. From the moment I walked in the doors and was served by the lovely reception staff, Rose, Samantha and Gwenda, to the consult with Dr. Jorgensen and Lena. All staff are very friendly, professional, curiosity and helpful. Having my wisdom teeth out was causing me a lot of apprehension and all staff were very patient and helpful in taking my calls to ask questions about the procedure and and following up on my emails. Cannot recommend Dr Kurt and all the staff at JM dental highly enough. I recently found myself facing the daunting prospect of losing a front tooth. Dr Kurt really took the time to talk me through my options, and help me choose the treatment option that was best for me. The care I received from the whole team ensured that the whole process was a lot less traumatic than I had imagined, and I could not be happier with the finished result. And all painfree!
