Visited once for X-rays. They alleged that they did not properly x-ray my mouth and therefore could not charge me for it. Upon check-out I was assured I did not owe anything. Five months later, I received a call stating that I had outstanding debt that they were sending to collections. I had not heard from them before this. I called, and received an answering machine at first. I called again, and they informed me that my address was and that was why I was not receiving bills. They were going to send me to collections over 30 dollars and having a wrong address. I personally have always put in my

For over 20 years Dr. Dietrich and team have helped keep my and my family's teeth clean and super happy. They have also referred us to experts when we needed some specialty TLC. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. In 2020, with challenging employment and changes in insurance they helped our family stay consistent with our dental care through their Healthy Smile Program. Great experience, even during COVID. Office has extended safety protocols in place, staff is friendly and everyone explains things thoroughly. I was new to the area and needed a new dentist; happy to report NW Dental is my new dental home. I even had a filling done today and have nothing but good things to report!

Its a miracle to find a dentist who is knowledgeable and charming, too. Dr Richard Dietrick has hired very experienced assistants, as well as a great staff to make sure everything runs smoothly for him and patients. I appreciate all the little extras he provides. But most important, no patient leaves an appointment without knowing exactly what work was done and what to look forward to in your dental care.

Dr. Dietrich and his staff are truly first-rate (among the finest dental care that I have had in my life). I have had my teeth repaired with bonding material several times in my life. Dr. Dietrich recently restored some bonding work on my teeth. His work is definitely the finest that I have had (looks great, feels great, works great). Thank you Dr. Dietrich and staff.
