Allied health practitioners work as part of your healthcare team usually on referral from your GP. They participate in diagnosis, treatment, recovery and quality of life. Podiatrist, Jeff Dowdle, works two days a month, helping to maintain good foot and lower limb health. Clinical Psychologist, Cheryl Cornelius, works every Friday providing mental health care and cognitive behaviour therapy.

Diabetes educator, Chris Messina, works Mondays with a focus on the management of diabetes and home medicine reviews. Gordonvale Family Medical Centre's administration team is the backbone of our Practice and we would all be lost without them. They will be your first and last point of contact with the Practice and the dedicated, long-term and experienced members can help you with many questions on caring for you and your family.

Receptionist was very rude and held me accountable for my appointment running overtime when in fact I had booked the double time and was seen nearly 45mins after my scheduled time than charged me more than I was quoted online. Doctors are great, it's a shame about some of their staff.

I have been attending this clinic for 16 months. The service is exceptional, the medical receptionists, nurses and doctors are professional, polite, friendly and helpful. I am able to see the same doctor each time I visit. My doctor listens, understands my concerns, works with me to provide the best treatment and solutions for my health issues and problems. She is very thorough, incorporating preventive medicine into her treatment plans. I highly recommend this clinic, the staff and doctors.
