M1FC is a mixed martial arts gym located in Osborne Park, Perth. We provide training and classes in Boxing, Sparring, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ No Gi, Women's BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA, Kids Martial Arts, Freestyle Wrestling, Kettlebell Fitness, Movement, Combat Strength & Conditioning & Yoga. We offer a wide variety of classes to suit everyone in all stages of life.

Boxing Fitness

Our boxing fitness class is a great way to learn a new skill and get fit. The cardio boxing work-outs will teach you correct punching techniques together with footwork and elements of self defence. It's designed to improve co-ordination and develop strength and stamina using pads and punch bags. The classes are open to anyone wanting to learn the foundations of Boxing and try something different for fitness.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Perth are a great way to get fit, learn self-defence and improve your balance and coordination. You will learn fundamental grappling concepts emphasising on controlling distance, establishing positions, pins, throws and submission techniques using chokes, strangles and joint locks while developing a great cardiovascular fitness and overall increase in strength.
No Gi BJJ

This art makes use of many traditional BJJ, wrestling and judo techniques without the reliance on clothing grips. The style is generally faster paced than the Gi and is great for building cardio and endurance. The classes at M1FC is an hour long consisting of techniques, drills and free rolling sessions.
Kids BJJ

The kids BJJ class at M1FC is catered for children between the ages of 4- Teens. We focus on coaching our in a fun and structured environment, run by a variety of our experienced coaches. Bully proof our students with self defence skills so they can face potentially fearful situations with clarity and self control.
Women’s BJJ

The Women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class provides an environment to train BJJ with people of the same size and power range. In a mixed class the strength difference can sometimes hinder grasping the foundational concepts of BJJ as some can overly rely on strength over technique. Training with similar bodies will allow you to get equipped with balance, getting to focus on both offence and defence techniques during the live rolls.
