
At Prana Yoga we teach at times dynamic vinyasa hatha yoga and other times looking deeper into the physical and mental layers of a static asana (posture) incorporating the principals of ashtanga (the eight limbs) which combines postures, breathing techniques & meditation.

Prana Yoga runs classes throughout the week to suit all levels and stages of life. All classes cater to the individual, from beginners to advanced, pregnancy & post-natal women, seniors, children and corporate classes. Classes are held in a light, quiet and well ventilated space, where we welcome you to experience the transformation that yoga can bring to your daily life.
Teacher Training Course

The 12 month yoga teacher training will fully prepare you with the experience, skills and knowledge to facilitate a yoga class for an individual or group of people including individuals with special needs such as those in need of stress management, pregnant and prenatal mothers, senior members of the community and patients with illnesses or injuries.
Beginners Course

Our beginners course classes are designed to teach the correct alignment and to give you a strong foundation of breath techniques to build a successful and joyful life long relationship with Yoga, deep relaxation is introduced and practised in each class. Each week a new component of the beginners sequence is introduced to build on the previous week's sequence.

Private Classes

Private 'One to One' Yoga classes are the ultimate way of learning Yoga, as the focus of the teacher is completely on you. They are a good option if you observe physical, mental or emotional ailments which you can't or couldn't solve on your own whether in or out of your yoga class or you simply prefer this individualised learning.
