Trent Wakerley

Born & raised on the Sunshine Coast, Trent worked as a Registered Nurse before beginning his legal career in 2005. Trent spent 10 years working at Schultz Toomey O'Brien Lawyers working in Wills & Estates, Elder Law and Commercial Law. He began working at Kruger Law in early 2015 and became John's business partner in mid-2015.

Cec was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1996 and has been a well respected lawyer on the Sunshine Coast for more than 25 years. Cec recently joined our team after a well earned sabbatical, following many years as a Partner of Schultz Toomey O'Brien Lawyers.
Cec has a wealth of experience in many areas of law and practices extensively in Estate Litigation, Probate Disputes, Trust Administration, Wills & Estates and Succession Planning.As well as assisting many private clients, he has given the community the benefit of his legal expertise. In 2017 Cec was awarded Life Membership of the Suncoast Community Legal Service in appreciation of his voluntary dedication to the Service for more than a decade.

Tenielle Muir

Growing up on the Sunshine Coast, Tenielle was awarded both a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (with Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology. Tenielle won the University's prize for Wills & Estates after achieving the highest result in her graduating class.
