Ocean View Apartments

Located on upper levels, these premium apartments offer uninterrupted ocean views from private balconies. Recently renovated with contemporary furnishings, they feature modern kitchens, air conditioning and direct sunlight throughout the day. The design maximises natural light and sea breezes while providing all necessary amenities for extended stays.

Ocean Crest Unit

Our accessible ground floor unit offers easy access with no stairs required. This two-bedroom apartment includes a single bathroom and private patio area with outdoor seating. While it lacks air conditioning, the ocean breezes provide natural cooling. The unit is particularly popular with guests requiring easy access or those with mobility concerns.

Heated Swimming Pool

Our heated swimming pool provides year-round enjoyment for guests. The pool area includes shaded seating, sun loungers and safety features for children. We offer two-bedroom apartments with options including ocean view, first/second floor units and our Ocean Crest ground floor unit. All include full kitchen facilities and private balconies.

Cathy is amazing. Our room was comfortable, clean and the balcony was a perfect place to watch the world go by. Incredibly well stocked kitchen meant it was just like home, BUT BETTER! Beach down the street, shops around the corner.

The service we received by manager Kathy was fantastic. She was so accommodating friendly, and down to earth. We will be coming back. Parks are awesome and managed to book in time for markets up the road. Thank you Kathy, we look forward to seeing you again

My girlfriend and I stayed here when we wanted to go kings beach and explore Caloundra for a mini getaway.
Cathy was very helpful, with tours and places to go like the caloundra markets, dicky beach, golden beach and the awesome thai restaurant. The rooms were super clean and loved the beach theme for all the rooms. I highly recommend anyone travelling up to Caloundra or Maroochydore to stay here.

Really nice place. Very clean nice swim pool. Management really pleasant and helpfull. Secure parking. Five minutes to Kings Beach, five minutes to town on foot. I'll be back here for sure!
